Payment & Cancellation Policy
The order total will be pre-authorized upon placing the order. This is a pending charge only, until we charge the authorized card for the actual order total within the week prior to delivery, possibly earlier in special circumstances. We cannot deliver orders that have not been authorized.
If for some reason you need to cancel your order, you can do so for a full refund, with at least 3 days’ (72 hours) notice.
With less than 3 days’ notice, we will refund at least 50% of the order total, and if we are able to provide any additional refund, we will do so at our discretion.
If payment has been captured (after authorization), we will provide a refund according to the terms above, minus any processing fees.
We'd much rather you get the tacos than cancel. But in the case it is necessary, we are a small, independent business, and we appreciate your understanding of our Payment and Cancellation Policy.
