TACOS / MICROWAVE
If tacos are frozen, thaw 12–24 hours in refrigerator for best results

  1. Leave tacos in paper wrapper

  2. Place on a microwave safe plate

  3. Times will vary based on microwave

    • 1 taco = 45 sec – 1 min

    • Add 30 sec – 1 min per additional taco

    • If microwaving from frozen, add 30–45 sec to total time

Pro tip: Reduce Power Level to keep your eggs creamy

TACOS / OVEN
If tacos are frozen, thaw 12–24 hours in refrigerator before heating in oven.

  1. Preheat your oven to 250° *

  2. Place tacos in their wrappers on a baking sheet on center rack

  3. After 25 min:

    • Stick a probe thermometer through the end of the taco wrapper

    • Internal temperature should read 140° to 160° max; if not, continue to heat in 5 min increments

No probe thermometer?

  • Your tacos should be soft to the touch, warm throughout, and cheesy when opened. Check by opening one, and heat as needed

*If your oven does not go down to 250°, use the lowest setting possible.

Do not blast your tacos with high heat to go faster. It will only hurt your tacos. Low & slow = perfect eggs!

QUESO / STOVE

  1. Put desired amount into a saucepan

  2. Put burner on low; stir frequently

  3. Continue until heated through

  4. Dip those chips, make nachos, or drizzle on tacos!
